My mind is with the family at the moment but every now and then I look to see if there are signs of choppers here in Hong Kong. Surprisingly I have seen near nothing. Here's the closest, I walk by this each day to get back to the place where I am staying. I can't help but to think barn find.
Some photos from the Peak in Hong Kong, we went mid afternoon and stayed to see the sun go down and then the natural light show of Hong Kongs cityscape. I wanted my baby girl to see the city all lite up, she likes shiny stuff like the chrome on our bikes so I thought she'd get a kick out of this.
You know you are in Asia when you start to see the great use of bambo and the old and new side by side. So much energy. You can smell it in the air. Not going to be too many posts about bikes before Mooneyes, just the process of getting there and spending time with my loved ones. If your bored, tune in after Dec 4th.
Traveling is slow with a baby. We landed in Hong Kong on time but were last to get out and clear customs and baggage. Happy to see my wife wearing on of the blog shirts!
I've finally settled in and should be able to make some posts of my trip to the Mooneyes show in Yokohama. First stop is Hong Kong for a few days. My cousin knew this was our first time flying with our baby girl so she tried to upgrade us to First Class. We got put on a waiting list and it wasn't until 2 minutes before boarding that the airline let us know we had received an upgrade. What a nice surprise and fantastic experience. It really made our trip start of with a bang and eased the stressed. Check out the last pic, the baby gear taking over! Thanks M. for the help and to all the other passengers in the front that had to put up with my little girl!
I've already started on my trip to Yokohama, in Hong Kong now. Getting settled, will be here for a few days before going to Tokyo. Will post more when I have a chance, stay tuned . . .
