I don't usually frequent the "New Motocycle shows" but I found myself at Toronto's this weekend when I had to drop my wife off and wait for her for several hours. So why not. At the show I stopped by the various booths and noticed that Royal Enfield was trying to make a move into the Canadian market. Really trying hard to capitalize on the vintage bike segment. Check it out, not sure what I think about the marketing, but it would be cool to see more different things on the road, pricing is fairly competitive, wonder if the mainstream will catch on. These bikes looked really fun, I think they will do well.
Can't deny that Max is killer creative, check out his follow up to his "garage find", 13 days . . . I'll stop here, read about it on his blog 4Q Conditioning.
Beautiful bike.
Man, got so psyched looking at some of those displays at the Yokohama show. Started cleaning up the garage. Threw up a quick garage door insulation kit and got a heater. Lets see what follows this winter. I'll post a few displays from the Yokohama show soon.
Oh my goodness! I can't wait to hear the details, tune into 4Q to see what Max has to report on this find! - You got me good Max!
I'm not sure how Max can keep his composure in this shot! You can see the look of amazement in his eyes!
All photos from 4Q.
Had to take a chunk out of the fender a few weeks ago, scared at first but it all worked out. Got to roll the sissy bar up at the same time, really visually tightened things up.
Sorry to everyone that has tried to contact me. I don't check the blog email often, I will now. Here are some pics from Denis of his killer ironhead that Jason put together. This bike is awesome, it's already on here a few times. Thanks for the pics Denis and all your help too! Sorry for posting a month after getting your email!
